Interiors and Plastics Division (IPD), the flagship company of the Tata Autocomp Systems Limited was established in 1998 & offers Interiors, Exteriors and Under the Hood plastic components to most of the passenger car and commercial vehicle manufacturers in India.With facilities strategically located in the automotive corridor across India IPD is equipped to offer a range of manufacturing capabilities for all plastic auto components.

IPD develops and produces full interior and exterior systems including cockpit assembly, instrument panels, door panels, centre consoles, pillar trims, bumper higher level assemblies, body side moulding, spoilers, tailgate applique, light bar and roofrails. For the under hood we offer Engine Cover, timing cover, cylinder head cover and stuffer assembly.

We dominate the complete product cycle: conception, validation, industrial process, assembly and sequenced delivery of the product. IPD supports its customers from the initial stages of product development, including conceptualization, designing, prototyping and tool manufacturing. This ability of IPD to provide end-to-end designing and manufacturing solutions to its customers helps it in becoming a preferred solution provider to its customers all across PV and CV segment.
